We are committed to finding a solution for you and charging a commission equal to one month's rent when signing the contract. For the completed work - a prepayment of 2000 DKK to indicate your serious intentions and give you priority among all unpaid applications.
Our fees are not refundable if you got at least one offer from our side at HouseRoom.dk.
All prices are listed excl. VAT.
The commission prepayment includes: communication on your behalf, market research, establishing contacts with landlords or searching for tenants that meet your criteria.
The tenant process prepayment includes: having a priority over those who do not pay commission prepayment. This privilege is active for 1 month.
Tenant's agency fee payment: collaboration with HouseRoom.dk involves a finder's fee. It's mandatory to pay our commission equal to one month's rent when signing the contract. We send the invoice and offer various payment options such as VISA CARD/MAESTRO CARD/BANK TRANSFER/MobilePay, etc. If payment is not made, we reserve the right to withhold the key handover until the agency fee is paid.
As a tenant, you are not allowed to sublet a home that you've signed a lease for.
Landlords:
Landlord's Base Fee payment: Collaboration with HouseRoom.dk involves a finder's fee. It's mandatory to pay our commission equal to one month's rent when signing the contract. We send the invoice and offer various payment options such as VISA CARD/MAESTRO CARD/BANK TRANSFER/MobilePay, etc.
Landlord's Pro fee: HouseRoom.dk takes responsibility for the relationship between the tenant and the landlord only if this fee is paid! An 8% annual fee is meant only for landlords and is also a requirement only in case the property is rented for a minimum period agreed between us. After paying the 8% fee, HouseRoom.dk is hired to manage your property, including technical maintenance, communication with the tenant, and responsibility for all agreements made between Houseroom.dk and the landlord.
